I’m still pregnant. Is it too early?
No. Some of the most useful Village work happens before your baby arrives: food, support, partner preparation, hospital/birth decisions and thinking about those first few days while you still have slightly more brain available.
I’ve already had my baby. Have I missed the preparation bit?
Absolutely not. There are sections specifically for where you are now.
Is this a nutrition programme?
No.
Nutrition is part of it and it’s my professional background, but Village exists to support the wider experience of preparing for and navigating postpartum.
Is this personalised support?
No. Village provides general education, resources, community and weekly Q&A within scope. It doesn’t include individual assessment or personalised nutrition/clinical recommendations.
Do I have to attend the Q&A live?
I’d make this answer dependent on exactly how you implement recordings in Circle. Don’t promise the replay system until we’ve decided it.
Do I need to complete everything?
Please don’t. and don’t even try. Use what you need.
Can I cancel monthly membership?
Yes, subject to the membership terms. We’ll make the process clear and straightforward.
Can I keep the guides if I leave?
Resources you’ve legitimately downloaded while an active member are yours to keep for your own personal use. Access to the Library platform, videos, community, Q&A and future resources ends when membership access ends.
Is this only for first-time mums?
No.
What if I need medical help?
Village isn’t medical or emergency care. If something concerns you or your baby’s health, seek the appropriate healthcare support rather than waiting for an answer inside Village.
