Small Shifts, Big Changes

Small Shifts, Big Changes

When life feels full to the brim, a little simplicity goes a long way. Here’s what’s been on my mind this week.

Honestly? This week has been a lot. Sports day, May Queen celebrations, activities stacked on activities, and all the planning that comes with the run-up to summer holidays. The kind of week where you fall into bed thinking, “How is it only Tuesday?”

But here’s what it had me thinking about: so much of life can feel completely out of our control. The chaos, the schedule, the demands on our time and energy. And yet, within all of that, there are tiny pockets where we do have a say.

A nourishing breakfast. A moment of quiet. A small nutritional shift that compounds over time.

It’s not about doing everything perfectly. It’s about finding the small things that make you feel a little more like yourself, even in the busiest seasons. That’s what I keep coming back to, and that’s what I want to share with you this week.

Let’s get into it.

I depleted myself after having my baby and had to rebuild from scratch. What I learnt in that process, about what the body actually needs in these seasons and how profoundly food affects everything, became the foundation for everything I do with my clients now.

I built The Nourish Method so that no woman in my world has to figure it out alone the way I did.
